I have pursued an education in information technology. Before joining Dwell, I had worked in banking and lending-based organizations. I have more than 14 years of experience in the project life cycle, successful initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of projects in a diverse range of technologies.

I founded the company in 1994. Our goal from the start was to build a team of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the property management industry who would enjoy working with others that shared their goal to deliver a service level that clients would love. I’m especially proud of the fact that we still manage the first properties that we took on 30 years ago and that we’ve become the place where customer-focused professionals who excel at their career can be surrounded by like-minded individuals. I love spending time outdoors, hiking, biking and trail running.

Bob started at Dwell in 2025. He began working as a property manager in 2023 after a 28-year career in real estate, investment advising, and business management. He has a BA in Economics, FCSI – Fellowship in the CDN Securities Institute, and a strata management certificate from UBC Sauder School of Business. Bob enjoys working with strata council members in townhomes and in both low and high-rise buildings. He is often acknowledged by Councils for his timely communication, resolution skills, and ability to negotiate top-quality and well-priced vendor contracts for stratas.

I have a RCM designation (Residential Condominium Manager) and business education specializing in accounting and management. Currently, I manage all types of strata property, including air-space parcels. I have a thorough understanding of the Act and the strata management industry and still enjoy relationships with clients I have served for more than 20 years.

Hi, I’m Carlos Valoma, a licensed strata manager based in the Metro Vancouver area. Corneliu started his career in 2003 and has worked with Dwell Property Management for 8 years. Corneliu has experience managing all types of residential and sectioned stratas. Corneliu holds bachelor’s degrees in Management & Administration and Accounting. Corneliu worked in management, administration and accounting fields for over 30 years. Corneliu is family-oriented, loves being in nature, watching social and documentary movies, listening to music and socializing with friends.

I oversee the accounting operations of Dwell and have over 15 years of experience with property accounting, tax compliance, audit and financial reporting. I’m passionate about business development paralleled with staff’s professional development. Our team’s key values are best summarized as: collaboration, growth and accountability.

I was born and raised just outside Victoria on Vancouver Island. My wife and I moved to the Lower Mainland for work in 2006 and started a family in 2010. I’m the proud father of two wonderful kids.

I am a senior property accountant at Dwell, and have 33 years accouting experiences. I lead LMS team at Dwell, and I take pride in leading theLMS team! My family immigrated to Vancouver 35 years ago. I graduated from UBC and held various positions within the digital entertainment industry before venturing into property management 12 years ago. I finished my Master’s in Business Management back home in the Philippines. I also took the Strata Management course and nailed the licensing examination. As an Office Manager, I handle office repairs, supplies, requests, events, and other administrative tasks.

I have been working as a Property Manager for over 10 years and during that time I have had an opportunity to work with a variety of property types. I’m passionate about assisting councils with the day-to-day challenges of managing a Strata Corporation. Before my years as a Property Manager, I was a council member and a caretaker at my own property. This experience allows me to understand firsthand the unique experience of living in a Strata Corporation and the responsibility of being a council member.
