Having managed residential, commercial, industrial, rental and strata properties of all sizes and compositions along with my tenure in the industry, I feel that I can bring a broad spectrum of experience to the table for my clients that will assist with maintaining the needs of their properties.

Annual General Meetings

From the very first AGM, Dwell understands the importance of taking the time to make sure all new purchasers are well-informed and feel a part of an organized, well-managed team that cares about their property.

  • We’ll ensure that all proper procedures are followed according to the Strata Property Act and its Regulations.
  • We’ll connect with owners and educate them on the expectations of owning within a strata environment.
  • We’ll emphasize to owners the importance of strata and individual home insurance.

Strata Council Meetings

  • We’ll establish an agenda that includes discussion on new development matters, warranties, deficiencies, repairs, developer communications, interim budget and billing accuracies, and timelines.
  • We’ll educate council on the process of New Home Warranty protocol in all scenarios, and advise them how to most effectively cooperate with all parties, including developers.
  • We’ll work with the property manager to ensure these matters are dealt with in a swift, thorough, and satisfactory manner.

Warranty Tracking & Reporting

  • We’ll educate strata owners and council on how to effectively report in-suite warranty items within deadlines.
  • We’ll assist council in tracking the 2-5-10 New Home Warranty.
  • We’ll arrange warranty review reports with strata council and coordinate with the selected consultant or engineer.
