Ken’s journey at Dwell Property Management began as a Strata Manager, swiftly expanding into diverse real estate ventures. Elevating to Broker and Owner in 2011, he assumed the role of Managing Broker that same year. Under his leadership, our team burgeoned from around 12 Managers to approximately 60 Licensees, marking a significant stride in our growth and influence within the industry.
